Short version: Share your link, earn 85% for Year 1 (Founder Tier — first 300 affiliates), then 45–65% (Performance Tier) based on monthly revenue. Get paid monthly on the 15th. Minimum payout $25. Commissions reversed on refunds. No spam, no paid ads without approval, no false claims. Disclose the affiliate relationship in every post. Simple.
By joining the Shadow Lotus Affiliate Program you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address. Self-serve applicants are automatically approved. Shadow Lotus reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including for violations of this Agreement (see §6 — Termination).
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Shadow Lotus.
Your commission rate is determined by your tier at the time of each qualifying sale:
Founder Tier — 85% commission
Available to the first 300 affiliates only. Founder status is locked for your first 12 months from the date of signup. After 12 months, your account automatically transitions to the Performance Tier.
Performance Tier — 45–65% commission
Rate is calculated from gross revenue you generated in the trailing 30-day window and recalculates automatically each month:

Commission is calculated on the gross sale price of each qualifying order referred through your unique tracking link, including both digital and physical products. Commission is not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or amounts refunded.
Shadow Lotus may terminate your affiliate account immediately, with forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, for violations of this Agreement including but not limited to: spam, prohibited advertising, trademark misuse, false claims, self-referral, or failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements.
You may exit the program at any time by emailing support@shadowlotusos.com. Any earned commissions above the $25 minimum payout threshold at the time of your exit will be paid on the next regular payout date (the 15th of the following month).
You may promote Shadow Lotus products through the following channels without prior written approval:
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, sponsored content, influencer boosting, etc.) requires prior written approval from Shadow Lotus before launch. Requests must be submitted to support@shadowlotusos.com with ad copy and targeting details.
The following are grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:
You are required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) — and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions — to clearly disclose your material relationship with Shadow Lotus whenever you promote products using your affiliate link. This applies to all promotional content, including social media posts, videos, emails, and blog articles.

Failure to provide adequate FTC disclosure is grounds for immediate account termination per §6.
Shadow Lotus reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout terms, or any other aspect of this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of your affiliate link after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Minor changes (typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect your financial terms) may be made without prior notice. The current version of this Agreement is always available at /affiliate/agreement.
